When you're managing dozens or hundreds of tasks, doing things one at a time isn't practical. Bulk operations let you update, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently - saving hours of repetitive work.

Multi-Select Tasks

Selecting Multiple Tasks

Get comfortable with selection - it's the foundation of all bulk operations.

Table view selection (most powerful):

  • Individual checkboxes - Click the checkbox beside each task
  • Select range - Click first task, hold Shift, click last task
  • Ctrl/Cmd + click - Add individual tasks to your selection
  • Select all visible - Checkbox in the header row
  • Select all in project - "Select All" button (works across pages)

List view selection:

  • Checkboxes appear on hover - Hover over tasks to see selection boxes
  • Keyboard shortcuts - Space bar to select, Shift+arrows for ranges
  • Multi-page selection - Selection persists when you navigate pages

Kanban board selection:

  • Click and drag - Draw selection box around multiple task cards
  • Ctrl/Cmd + click - Individual card selection
